What file formats do you prefer?

Our preferred working CAD files are dxf, dwg, or sldprt. For quoting purposes, pdf’s will be enough information to get your project started.

If you do not have these files and need a part drawn, our team can work with you to provide the drawings you need to get your project complete.

What is your typical lead time on a part?

Our typical lead time is 5-7 days for parts not requiring any finish. If you need a metal coating, the lead time could be up to 10 days.

What materials do you work with?

We work with mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, copper & brass. We keep all types of steel and aluminum in stock from .04″ thick to .500″. If you are in need of a specific material type, please contact us and we will be sure to source it for you.

How large of a part can you work within?

Our max sheet size we can laser cut from is 60″ x 120″. We also have various size press brakes for bending parts. Our largest machine can bend parts up to 126.8″ in length.

Do you do metal coating?

The majority of the painting we offer is powder coating. We do offer several other types of finishes as well. Anodizing, Chromate, Zinc plating to name a few. Contact us to learn more about our metal coating services.
